We are super impressed with Artificial Turf Direct. We had Joey come out and give us a measure and quote & we decided to proceed. His team smashed out the work in time for the long weekend and we are very happy with the end result.We decided to go with the All Season turf and can recommend to anyone wanting a quality job & artificial turf that ‘looks natural’.The only downside was communication was a bit slow at times
Very happy with my experience using these guys. We had Bryce come out to measure up and provide us with a quote. He had so many samples to choose from and explained the differences in each one to make our decision easier. He was very helpful and had some amazing ideas for us that we didn’t even think about. We mentioned we were in a hurry to get it done because of our 1 year olds bday party coming up and he amazingly fit us in and the job is perfectly done. And well within our budget. Trust me, hit Bryce up from Artificial Turf Direct and you won’t be disappointed.
When we decided to move to artificial grass after several attempts of real grass we were so pleased we made the switch. Artificial grass is changing all the time and there are now many choices. I have to say the Joey from Artificial Turf Direct was amazing. Joey came around, took his time, showed us many samples, explained a lot about the different grasses and how they look when they are laid. He then spent a good two hours measuring up very carefully and also there is an art to this which is to measure up without much waste. Within 24 hours we received a fully detailed report with everything needed for the job listed right down to how many pegs we would need. Very thorough. The best bit is yet to come the quote for everything including the skip and taking away all the rubbish was just under $1,000 less than the other companies we had invited to quote. I had several confirmations of the installation date and on the day Joey and his team turned up promptly. The installation was smooth and fast and the end result was fantastic. For all dog lovers Joey has all the answers there too. I could not fault this experience and I certainly can highly recommend Artificial Turf Direct. Price, promptness, accuracy and a marvellous end result. A big thank you Joey my only regret is that we did not find you sooner. Susan Carr
Amazing service and price! They were so quick getting back to me and came that day to give me an in person quote. The grass was installed the next week. So happy with the work they did (see before and after pic). Highly recommend. Thank you!
I am highly impressed with the artificial turf that has been installed on my property, we had a very large area that was brick paved and wanted it to be all switched to artificial turf, we received a great price and the staff were extremely patient, friendly and helpful, we had some free samples in which we were able to try and see how it looked and felt under our feet.The contractors which undertook our work were very efficient and all up our job was done in 5 days, it would have been quicker if it wasn't for the stormy weather.
I have not much complain about the turf we choose, but the associated trade that Artificial Turf Direct recommended us the workmanship was really bad and like an amateur trades.
Be aware of these dodgy people, there’s definitely some issue with their character and honesty! They advertised to sell a discontinued cheap printer in FB for $70 When I enquired about the item via phone, they said that it is brand new never opened because I mentioned that I’m coming from Joondalup. When I got there I found the printer box is open and all cartridges have been taken out of the box! A set of cartridges are $70 itself. So 2 hour driving for something which is worth $0! Initially they were denying that it does not cone with cartridges. When I noticed the cartridges are missing and showed them the box inclusions the boss started to talk to the employee suspiciously in Chineses/ Mandarin or some non English language. They wanted to seem like they don’t know much English to make a language barrier I found it’s going to be a scam or a rip off because they are very dodgy. Then when I said I have spent 1 hr to drive here they started verbally abusing without apologising for being dishonest and wasting my time! Low life boss was trying to make few dollars of something worthless! This business won’t go anywhere! Avoid them at all costs!
