I have not much complain about the turf we choose, but the associated trade that Artificial Turf Direct recommended us the workmanship was really bad and like an amateur trades.

Be aware of these dodgy people, there’s definitely some issue with their character and honesty! They advertised to sell a discontinued cheap printer in FB for $70 When I enquired about the item via phone, they said that it is brand new never opened because I mentioned that I’m coming from Joondalup. When I got there I found the printer box is open and all cartridges have been taken out of the box! A set of cartridges are $70 itself. So 2 hour driving for something which is worth $0! Initially they were denying that it does not cone with cartridges. When I noticed the cartridges are missing and showed them the box inclusions the boss started to talk to the employee suspiciously in Chineses/ Mandarin or some non English language. They wanted to seem like they don’t know much English to make a language barrier I found it’s going to be a scam or a rip off because they are very dodgy. Then when I said I have spent 1 hr to drive here they started verbally abusing without apologising for being dishonest and wasting my time! Low life boss was trying to make few dollars of something worthless! This business won’t go anywhere! Avoid them at all costs!

I’ve been meaning to get my dying grass replaced and came across these guys. Robert came out and quoted with different samples of turf to choose from. Not long after the job was done! Unbelievable service and price. Every time I walk outside I look at this amazing lawn. It has made a huge difference!! I should of called these guys a longtime ago!!!! Don’t worry about shopping around, this business is the one to choose.

Amazing service very nice a friendly! I got my front and backyard installed by them around 2 years ago and so far there are absolutely no faults in the grass what so ever! The artificial turf has kept it shape and hasn’t faded colored at all. I highly recommend Artificial Turf Direct to anyone who is looking for amazing looking artificial grass with low maintenance! Absolute amazing job quality and 5-star service!!! 😄

I wouldn’t be using these guys. Had grass installed a few years back and it shrunk. When I contacted them because it was in warranty they told me it was everything but the grass. They told me my driveway, paths and curbing had shrunk not the grass. Which s crazy as I can see the road base we’re the grass was and the shrinkage has pulled the pins out. My brother used these guys and is having the same problems. Highly recommend you get someone else.Thanks for the reply. You asked for photos so I have put on the same ones i sent you and it looks like around 30mm not 8mm as you say and it is around the whole lawn being around 30mm at the worst point. The front and back are not from the same batch as the front is Iris 20 and the back is Summer 30 which has also shrunk just not as much. As for ACCC the case has not been closed. We have been advised that we do have a case but we are still deciding if we want to take it further and go to court.
